In 2005, DreamWorks Animation released the first film of what would be their next big franchise, Madagascar. I’ve made it clear before that I’m not a fan of these films (with the exception of the third one) and after re-watching this one, my opinion is still the same.

Actress/Comedienne Anne Meara Dies at 85!

The actress and comedienne, Anne Meara, has passed away at the age of 85. Mrs. Meara (1929-2015) was known best as the better half of the comedy duo Stiller and Meara alongside her husband, Jerry Stiller. She also acted in many films/TV shows over the years. I personally knew her best on the sitcom, Archie Bunker’s Place. Animation fans will recognize her as Winnie from Planes: Fire & Rescue.

So I’ve finally seen this film that (hopefully) ends the “Madagascar” franchise with a trilogy! I was never a fan of the “Madagascar” franchise and never thought much of the other two movies! So the fact that I actually LIKE this movie is somewhat of a shocker! And although I do like it, I also think that it’s not a great movie nor is it perfect. So with that in mind, let’s take a deeper look into this movie and my thoughts regarding it. More
