Once again, it’s Oscars season! Listed below are my predictions for the winners of this year’s 91st Academy Awards ceremony! Like usual, I leave the top 6 awards for the end (Best Animated Feature, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Actor, Best Actress, and Best Picture). The nominees that I think SHOULD win will be in red, the nominees that I think WILL win will be in blue, and if they’re the same, they will be both red and blue. ‘Finding Dory’ Makes Record-Breaking Weekend Debut!

The latest Pixar film, Finding Dory, has broken the record for highest-grossing opening weekend for an animated film. Grossing $136.2 million, Finding Dory surpassed Shrek the Third‘s record of $121.6 million. Congratulations to Pixar!

Pixar-Forgotten/Minor Characters #5: The Blue Proclaimer Classmate Fish

Finding Nemo is a film that I’ll always cherish. Not because it’s so good (which it is), but it was the first movie I ever saw in the theaters. I’m not someone who goes to the theaters much, so I was very excited to see a film in the theaters for the first time!

The film, as you all know, is about a father clownfish named Marlin, voiced by Albert Brooks, who teams up with a royal blue tang with short-term memory loss, named Dory, voiced by Ellen DeGeneres, to find his son, Nemo, voiced by Alexander Gould, who has been “fish-napped” by Australian divers.

Wow, what a wordy synopsis!
